Job Summary

Birdview Travels and Tours is currently seeking qualified and detail-oriented individuals to join its team as Visa Documentation (Case Processing) Officers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and managing the complete visa application process for clients while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with embassy and immigration requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and guide clients through visa application procedures
• Provide accurate visa-related information and professional support
• Prepare, review, and verify visa application forms and supporting documents
• Ensure all submitted documents are complete and error-free
• Update clients regularly on the progress of their visa applications
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
• Work closely with the sales and travel teams to communicate visa requirements effectively
• Stay updated on immigration policies, visa regulations, embassy procedures, and travel advisories
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements during visa processing
• Help resolve challenges or issues that may occur during the application process

Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants must possess:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND
• Previous experience in visa processing, immigration services, or related fields is an added advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and administrative tools
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of international travel regulations and embassy processes will be an advantage
