Inventory Associate Job At Dark Store in Lagos

We are currently hiring an Inventory Associate to manage stock operations across our dark store locations in Lagos. The available locations include:

Ogba, Ipodo (Ikeja), Council (Ikotun), Ayobo, Sangotedo, Jakande, Itedo, New Road, Addo, Ajah, Peninsula, Obalende, Sawmill, Shomolu, Sabo, and Alapere.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are always available, properly accounted for, and in excellent condition before customer orders are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage stock levels for all SKUs, including live inventory counts, restock monitoring, and daily product availability
• Coordinate daily supply runs with bakeries, distributors, and local vendors assigned to each location
• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries by verifying quantities and checking product quality
• Reject damaged or non-compliant items where necessary
• Monitor agent performance and inventory movement during daily operations
• Prepare and submit daily inventory reports with a target of zero stock variance
• Identify and report stock shortages before they affect live customer orders

Requirements

• 0–3 years experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, storekeeping, or FMCG distribution
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling
• Ability to proactively identify and solve operational issues
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse/store environment

Salary

₦150,000 Monthly (Net)
