Job Description

The Fashion Operations Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating daily fashion production activities, supervising tailoring and operational processes, ensuring quality control, and supporting smooth workflow within the fashion business.

The successful candidate will:

• Supervise production and tailoring operations
• Monitor workflow and ensure timely delivery of outfits
• Coordinate staff and operational activities
• Maintain quality standards for fashion products
• Assist with inventory and production management
• Ensure proper communication between departments and clients
• Support business growth and operational efficiency
