Controversial social activist VeryDarkMan (VDM) has reignited interest in the death of singer Mohbad with a series of interviews exposing fresh witness testimonies.

In a detailed sit-down, Fidelis Idabo, the Prado driver who conveyed Mohbad to his final performance in Ikorodu, explained what unfolded that night. According to Legit.ng, Fidelis said the singer bled inside the car following an altercation and that he waited for hours to receive payment for broken parts.

“I didn’t leave till around 7 AM because I was waiting for them to settle me for the broken glass,” he told VDM. “By 9:40 AM, I got a call asking me to report to the station… later that day, I heard Mohbad was dead.”

Fidelis claimed that he didn’t believe Sam Larry or Naira Marley were involved and asked the police to question those present in Mohbad’s house at the time.

Prime Boy: “I Never Hit Mohbad”

Owodunni Ibrahim, also known as Prime Boy, strongly denied accusations that he had a physical altercation with Mohbad before his death. He told VDM during the interview that rumors of him attacking the singer were “completely false.”

According to Premium Times, Prime Boy said:

“I never touched Mohbad. I didn’t stab him. I didn’t fight him. All that is pure fabrication.”

He explained that the glass on the Prado SUV broke because Mohbad hit it out of frustration — not from any fight. He also hinted at some “diabolical influences” being involved in the singer’s strange behavior days before his passing.

Sam Larry Responds to Accusations

One of the most controversial figures tied to Mohbad’s struggles, Sam Larry, broke his silence in an exclusive session with VDM. As reported by pulse nigeria, Sam Larry denied all allegations of physical assault, instead pointing to an unsettled financial deal.

“Mohbad owed me ₦2 million for a show that never happened. I confronted him at the beach, but I didn’t touch him. Zlatan stopped me,” he stated.

This aligns with viral clips where Zlatan Ibile was seen holding Sam Larry back during a confrontation with Mohbad months before his death.

Spending Accuses Wunmi of False Narratives

A new voice emerged: close friend Ayobami Sodiq (“Spending”), who posted on Instagram (via Tori.ng, CityPeople), accusing Mohbad’s wife, Wunmi, of misleading statements about his death:

“I know how badly you used to treat Mohbad… You once threatened to end his career.”
“You threw a white item on his coffin… why didn’t you protect him when he was alive?” he pressed.

Spending also says he and another friend treated Mohbad’s injuries—not Wunmi—and questioned her changing stories.
