Eligibility Criteria:
- International Applicants:
- Upper-division undergraduate with at least two years of college/university coursework, or a graduate student with a professional interest in international relations, diplomacy, international economic development, or related fields.
- Aged between 20-26 at the start of the program.
- Demonstrated leadership potential outside the classroom in community, nation, or region.
- Proficiency in English, verified by an academic advisor.
- Valid international passport; U.S. visa (if required) by program start.
- Preference for those who have not previously visited the United States.
- U.S. Applicants:
